Your tasks would be:
- Preparing a'la carte dishes
- Preparing half-board breakfast options
- Recipe monitoring
- Performing chef duties
- Participation in daily operations
- Knowledge of special diets - gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.
Our expectations:
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience
- Guest-centric approach
- Full knowledge of Hungarian and Romanian - not required, but an advantage
- Knowledge of Székely and regional gastronomy
- Knowledge of world cuisine
