Restaurant manager
Work with us as a RESTAURANT MANAGER at the newest premium hotel in Csíkszereda, the Linera Spa Hotel!
Your tasks would be:
- Managing the daily processes of a restaurant
- Restaurant staff management
- Close working relationship with the chef and the reception manager
- Inventory and merchandise management
- Performing server tasks
- Liaising with suppliers and partners
- Educating colleagues
- Creating schedules
- Event management
Our expectations:
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of hotel systems
- Guest-centric approach
- Full knowledge of Hungarian and Romanian languages
- Knowledge of Székely and regional gastronomy
- Knowledge of world cuisine
- Hotel experience
- Knowledge of English
